About Our Club

A BIT ABOUT WHO WE ARE

Centenary Plains BMX club has been in operation since 1983. The club was originally Browns Plains BMX Club and was founded by local families who were looking for a venue to ride BMX.

The local children and parents built the track from scratch and interest soon grew, as did the members.

During the next 15 years, the club secured sponsors, a committee with a strong future direction and riders who were successful at local, state, national and international levels.

In 1998, Browns Plains BMX merged with the Centenary BMX Club to become Centenary Plains and the result has been an extremely successful club with now more than 200 registered members, a competition quality track with attractive surrounds and a sporting and supportive environment for riders and families.

And this is only the beginning of our story – we have big plans for the future as well!

PUMP TRACK AND NEW IMPROVEMENTS

We have our pump track now attached to the race track, new clubhouse, improved access road to the car park and new and improved start hill also!

Come along and be part of our great club as we head towards the future!
